We recommend that students start with us in 9th grade to give us the most amount of time to build their confidence and develop a stand-out application portfolio that aligns with their goals and vision. Pricing model is based on when the student starts the program.

We continue portfolio development and help students explore interests through summer programs designed to prepare them for junior year. We begin positioning students for success on standardized tests by introducing ACT/SAT diagnostics and developing a junior year plan. Regular meetings and family sessions ensure students stay on track and are well-prepared for the more rigorous demands of 11th grade.

Junior year is critical for college admissions, and we support students in refining their application portfolios and crafting a tailored list of 12-15 best-fit colleges. We provide structured research frameworks and tools for making the most of campus visits. We also focus on a clear testing strategy, course planning, and summer programs to enhance college readiness. Mindfulness training is integrated to manage academic and college-related stress. Our students receive regular one-on-one coaching and family meetings to ensure confidence in their college list and future plans.

In 12th grade, the focus shifts to writing authentic and compelling college essays. We guide students through essay development, application deadlines, and finalizing their college list. Our Group Masterclass Program provides a structured and supportive approach to navigating the college admissions process for 11th and 12th graders. It combines individualized guidance with small-group virtual sessions to ensure students are well-prepared for college applications while giving parents the tools and insights they need to support their children through this important time.
During the summer before a student starts their 11th grade, they are invited to attend one of three scheduled virtual group workshops. The focus is on best-fit college lists, planning campus visits, drafting their personal narratives, and understanding test scores. These workshops are for students, although parents/guardians may quietly listen in.

During the summer before senior year, students are invited to participate in a virtual small-group workshop focused on College Personal Essay Writing.
This two-day workshop (2 hours per day) guides students through brand discovery and the development of a compelling personal narrative. We cover self-reflection, brainstorming meaningful stories, crafting a strong introduction, building a full essay outline, and strategies for supplemental and scholarship essays.
By the end of the workshop, students will have rough drafts underway and a clear plan to confidently complete their essays.
These sessions are designed for students; however, parents or guardians are welcome to quietly observe.
This workshop is included for students enrolled in any Soaring Eagle College Program (Grades 9–12).
Students not enrolled in the program may register individually for $400
Realizing you’re at the wrong college can be frustrating and discouraging, but it’s also an opportunity. Many students discover that their current school isn’t the right fit for their academic goals, career aspirations, or campus experience. Our program includes college list, essay coaching, strategy session, and transfer credit estimates.

While the college admissions process is not something that can be crammed in overnight, I am understanding that not everyone can plan in advance. For those that are scrambling and need targeted help, I offer an hourly rate. This can be used to schedule advising for anything from Application Review, Essay Writing, to Financial Aid.
This is only available to students in their 12th grade - $200 per hour
